Master Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, a graduate from India, participated in the 36th session of the advanced management course on Circular Economy and Sustainable Development, organized by the German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) in Germany. With 8 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, she serves as the Vice President of ESG at HHP GLOBAL. She led the Net-Zero 2035 initiative, a project that was one of the three top ESG initiative awards from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in 2023.

Throughout her career, Ms. Huong has focused on the research and application of circular economy, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and sustainable development strategies related to the Net-Zero goal for high-energy-consuming manufacturing plants. She has contributed to several green energy transition projects for major corporations such as Unilever, Masan, Mondelez, Miza, HHP GLOBAL, TH true Milk, etc. Currently, she is a part of the sustainable development team for the first Net-Zero Industrial Park project spanning 1,500 hectares in Binh Phuoc.

Ms. Huong has also been selected for training to become an expert in ISO 50001, an international standard for energy management systems, sponsored by the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), aimed at deploying an effective energy management system (EnMS). She is the founder and chairman of the Board of Directors at Naan Group, a member of the Vietnam Society of Excellence VSE, and a member of the International Alliance for Sustainable Development and ESG – ESG & Sustainability Alliance (ESGA).
